Fun Factor N.V. is a fully licensed, limited liability company registered with the Sint Maarten Chamber of Commerce. Our company has been providing quality water sports and St Maarten boat tours for over 12 years. We are a locally owned, locally operated, family business. Yes, the money helps pay the bills but we do what we do because it’s our passion!

Deal Direct
No switchboard, call center or complicated, annoying menu prompts. When you call you’ll be speaking directly with the owner and operator of the company. We’re always happy to take your call. Just don’t forget, we’re on Atlantic Standard Time (that’s UTC-4 hrs for the technically minded). If you call at 3 a.m. local time, it may take us a few minutes to get our thoughts in order.

We don’t run a fleet or deal in volume. What we do is provide quality boat tours for small, intimate groups. Whether it’s a group or private charter you will always receive world class, personalized customer service. We may be a small team on a small island but we’ve been around long enough to know how to do it right.

So, I know this is where we are supposed to put in the happy glowing reviews where select customers go on about how wonderful we are and what a great job we did and blah, blah, blah. At the risk of losing customers, I would rather to go against the grain a little and actually be, you know, honest.
Can we promise to get things 100% right 100% of the time? Unfortunately, the answer is no. We are human after all and we are dealing with the natural elements of human behavior, wind, waves and weather. We do promise to do our level best to do all we can to make your experience with us a memorable one. Without fail, though, every now and then, a kink or two does make it’s way into the system. If it does, we actively encourage you to let us know as soon as possible if you are at all discontent with our service. We are always ready and willing to bend over backwards do what we can to rectify any situation.
